We meet together each week on the phone and during the week we email back and forth as often as is helpful for you. Updates and communication throughout the week is an important part of this process. You will have ‘homework’ each week to develop your self-awareness. Most of your discoveries and insights will occur between our calls. This is why communication between phone calls is important!
During each session we will address your questions, affirm your needs and desires, and identify blocks that are present. Your homework will change to effectively address any emotional blocks. Throughout our sessions I will listen to you without judgment. As your advocate towards change, I will support you with honesty. To facilitate your progress, I will hold you accountable for your commitments and help you overcome any obstacles.
Our coaching relationship will continue until you are satisfied with the results and able to use the tools on your own. Depending on your needs this may be from three to six months.

There is a similarity between therapy and coaching: they are both ongoing, confidential, one-to-one relationships where a professional works with a client to improve their life. Typically a therapist works with people to treat mental or psychological issues such as phobias, addictions or destructive behavior. A coach helps clients dealing with the stresses and confusion of life by turning them into challenges and guiding them to draw on inner resources to overcome obstacles. With coaching, clients gain the confidence to face and deal with life’s challenges.

We will have weekly phone sessions for 45 minutes. I typically schedule coaching sessions Tuesday through Thursday, but I am willing to make exceptions should you require. I will also support you during the week with email communication. Phone charges are included in the coaching fees. We can also video conference using Skype wherever you are located.

Through the years, I’ve found people feel safer and more comfortable sitting in their own environment rather than in an office. It is sometimes easier to be more open when talking on the phone than sitting in front of someone. I’ve also found that people are more relaxed because it is more convenient to incorporate phone sessions into their schedules. If you prefer video conference calls we can arrange sessions using Skype.

The Enlightened Change process is only for those who are ready to devote time and attention to self-discovery. If you are curious to see if Enlightened Change will work for you, I would be happy to schedule a free phone consultation to see if you this is right for you.

The length of the coaching period depends on the individual. It generally requires a three month period to reconnect with your inner wisdom and be comfortable with the transition process. You may decide it is beneficial for you to extend the coaching period. Some clients may want to continue the coaching relationship with monthly rather than weekly sessions. I am willing to accommodate your needs to achieve the goal of the Enlightened Change process: to empower you to use your own wisdom as your guide with your ‘toolbox’ to support you on your journey. If your situation changes or you feel you want to discontinue the process, you are free to stop at the end of any four-week cycle. You will be refunded for any unused portion of the coaching package. If you paid for a coaching package, you will be charged at the normal monthly rate for the coaching you’ve used rather than the package rate.

Absolutely. If, after your first session you are not satisfied and do not want to continue with Enlightened Change, I will refund your full payment.
